People hear "Metro" and think cheap. That's the problem. Metro customers aren't confused about what they're getting. They picked a plan that works so they can put their money toward everything else. The campaign put a throne in their world. Purple, oversized, sitting in a barber shop, a laundromat, next to a security desk on a night shift. Every person in that chair is hustling. Pushing for their best life. The throne just made it visible. Nobody needs permission to feel like they're winning. Especially not from a phone company.
